Can I duel with the saber (i.e., full contact dueling) or is it for display only?

Yes!  WTF sabers are combat-ready. We recommend against dueling with thin necked sabers and flat blades.

 

What are the warranty terms — what’s covered and what isn’t?

We cover manufacturer defects for up to one year after delivery. Damage caused by heavy dueling, modifications, or misuse isn’t covered. We do offer replacement parts for sabers that are out of warranty or have suffered heavy abuse.

 

Covered Under Warranty:

·         Damage on Arrival

·         Battery Failure

·         Soundboard Failure

·         Product Defects

 

Report any issues upon receiving the product. Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support. Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.

 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

·         Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes   during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck and flat blade   designs.

·         Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.

·         Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.

·         Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.

·         Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over   tightened. Damage to screw heads by over tightening will cause issues   with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

 

How long will the battery last, and how often should I charge it?

The battery will last for an average runtime of 3 hours, this can decrease depending on factors such as temperature, what color you are using (white drains the battery faster) and overall battery health.

Charge between 3-5 hours and NEVER overnight. Please only use a 5V 1A charging block and the cable supplied with your saber.

·         Processing Time: Sabers are built to order and ship within 7–14 business days.

·         Shipping Delays: Delays may occur during holidays, sales events, or acts of god.

·         Restrictions: No shipping to P.O. boxes or military bases.

·         Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any import fees.

·         Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after   shipment.

·         Support: If you have any shipping related issues, please contact customer   service.

 

What happens if I modify or customize the saber after purchase — does that affect warranty?

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order, but please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs as our products are made to order.

 

Non-Warranty Return Policy:

 

We have a 14-day return policy for non-custom Sabers, 3D prints, and 3D Printers. Product must be unused and in the original packaging. If your order is eligible for return, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please email customer service with the order number and reason for return for further assistance.

We do not accept returns for:

·         Wearable items: (i.e., Helmets, Jewelry, Flight Suits, Robes, Etc.).

·         CNC plasma cut products.

·         Custom designs.

·         Clearance items.

·         Items sold at conventions or special events.
